About Me.

Monta helping a client stretch on the reformer

I became a Pilates instructor after experiencing a neck injury that changed the way I approached movement. At the time, I had already been a personal trainer for many years, but I knew I needed something low-impact that would support healing through movement.

What started as research for my own recovery grew into a passion for helping others move in a way that restores strength, mobility, and confidence.

I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are, not just when they first begin, but day by day. I may come in with a plan, but your body always leads. If you need a lighter session, we shift. If you’re ready for more challenge, we build. Every session is tailored in the moment.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating chronic pain, mobility limitations, autoimmune conditions, weight loss goals, and life transitions. The most meaningful part of this work is watching people get their life back — moving more freely, feeling stronger, standing taller, and reconnecting with their bodies.

With 25 years as a personal trainer and certifications including ACE Personal Training, Peak Pilates, yoga instruction, health coaching, Silver Sneakers, and water aerobics, I do bring experience but more importantly, I bring care. Because truly, every BODY can benefit from Pilates. At any age.
